Campers Design Digital Games with RPG Maker

During their first session of this week’s Game Design camp in the AT&T Classroom, campers were introduced to RPG Maker. Originated in Japan, RPG Maker is a PC game development engine that offers a basic scripting language, a map editor, and a combat editor. The platform promotes the development of programming logic by engaging children and teens with programming concepts and actions such as switches, variables, loops, conditional branches.
