This morning in the AT&T Classroom the Rootstown second graders applied their coding knowledge and skills to complete an activity building from the book, There Was a Cold Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow!
After reading the book as a class, Mrs. Stackpole gave cards to the students which represented various items from the story which the woman had swallowed. The second graders were given the challenge of recalling from memory the story events and to sequence the order in which the lady swallowed the items. The students then had to code their Ozobots to navigate to each item in the correct sequence.
