Rootstown Rovers Use Toontastic 3D Android App for Digital Story Creation

This morning in the AT&T Classroom the second graders were introduced to a new tool for animation and digital storytelling. Recently released by Google, Toontastic 3D builds upon the original Toontastic iOS app released in 2011. Toontastic 3D offers newly designed characters and expanded templates and backgrounds that students can use to draw, animate and share 3D stories and cartoons.  Students are also able to add audio to their story by recording their own voices. Toontastic 3D is available as a free app for iOS and Android tablets as well as some Chromebook models.
This morning the second graders used Toontastic 3D on Samsung Galaxy  Android Tablets.
