Wait Primary First Graders Use Story Maker for Habitat Writing Project
Building from their continued study of habitats, this afternoon in the AT&T Classroom the first graders used ABCya StoryMaker to for a habitat writing project. ABCya Story Maker is a free web-based tool that students can use for writing and illustration. The program offers a variety of drawing tools that can be used for creating pictures and scenes. Story projects can encompass one page or multiple pages. Finished story projects can be printed and saved. This afternoon in the AT&T Classroom the first graders used ABCya Story Maker to write three facts about their favorite habitat and used the drawing tools to add illustrations of animals, plants, and other unique features of the habitat.
