Wait Elementary Highlights in the AT&T Classroom
This afternoon in the AT&T Classroom the Wait Primary first graders put the finishing touches on their spooky subtraction stories that they started on Friday using Buncee EDU. The final stories reflected both the students’ creativity as well as their understanding of subtraction properties. Later this afternoon the first graders explored the Pattern Blocks website for math review. Pattern Blocks is a learning space on the Math Playground website that offers tools for students to use to work with geometric shapes and build mathematical patterns. This afternoon the students used the Pattern Blocks workspace to review geometric shapes such as the Triangle, Circle, Square, Hexagon, and Rhombus.
