Lippman First Graders Create Digital Math Problems

Today in the AT&T Classroom our Lippman first graders used Educreations on the ipads to create math story problems for their classmates.  The Educreations app allows the ipad to record the student’s voice and his/her writing and drawing which can be saved for playback and/or shared online. The children created their own story problem, typed the text and then drew images to accompany the problem and solution. Students added voiceover by recording themselves presenting and solving the problem. Educreations can be used to create stories, animations, presentations, etc. Users are able to insert images by drawing or inserting a photo taken from the Internet or captured with the ipad camera.
