After reading selected young adult novels, Kent Roosevelt English Language Arts Teacher Jaclyn Consilio Mahoney assigned her Teaching Professions seniors to create book covers to introduce their novel to other readers. Students used the Frame Artist app on iPads to create their book cover, incorporating pictures, text, borders & backgrounds. As demonstrated by one of the Teaching Professions students in the attached video, the app is easy to use making it an engaging project that could easily be done by students across grade levels.
