Rootstown Second Graders Work on Adjectives with Pic Collage

This morning in the AT&T Classroom the Rootstown second graders applied what they have been learning about adjectives to create Autumn photo collages with the Pic Collage photo app. The students selected their favorite photos from Monday’s walk on campus and then added adjectives to describe their photos and also added backgrounds, and stickers from the app’s gallery to create their own unique Autumn collage. As the second graders worked within the various app features they gained experience with specific elements of visual and spatial design while creating a very personal and unique project. The app can be downloaded from Google Play and itunes.  Also available for free download from itunes is the Pic Collage for Kids  app designed specifically for elementary & middle school ages.
